Application of High Temperature Resistant Glass

High temperature resistant glass is a kind of glass that can work safely and continuously in high-temperature environment (generally refers to the high-temperature environment generated by hot air field, hot fluid, open fire and high-temperature molten materials). Its service performance is not changed by the external environment. High temperature glass is widely used in production and living fields because of its high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, high transmittance, heat stability and stable chemical properties. The uses of high temperature resistant glass can be divided into the following aspects.
1. Industrial mirrors
In industrial production, it is often necessary to observe the reflection of production materials, flow state or stable combustion state in heating equipment, which requires industrial mirror glass to observe at high temperature in order to master the production process. The high-temperature glass used for observation generally includes pipe mirror, container mirror, flange mirror, boiler mirror, observation window glass, peephole glass, high-temperature fire observation hole glass, etc. it is mainly used in the fields of electric power, metallurgy, casting, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, medicine and so on.
2. Heat source baffle
In production, some processing processes often produce a lot of heat. At this time, high-temperature glass can be used as a baffle to protect the operator. For example, in some foundry production, it is necessary to use high-temperature glass to block molten materials.
3. Liquid level indication
This is a high temperature resistant glass used to indicate the liquid level professionally. It has the performance of high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance. It is mainly used to observe the liquid level, water level and oil level of boilers, tanks and containers. It generally has groove type, flat light type, two-color, prism, etc.
4. Heating device accessories
This is the special high-temperature glass for heating devices such as oven, oven and fireplace. The high-temperature glass of oven is mainly used to observe the material in the oven. The high-temperature glass of fireplace can not only block the smoke and dust from entering the room, but also transfer heat.
