The glass plate liquid level gauge is designed based on the principle of connector. The liquid path composed of the glass plate and the main body of the liquid level gauge is connected with the measured container through the flange or taper pipe thread of the connecting pipe. The liquid level observed through the glass plate is the same as the liquid level in the container, i.e. the liquid level is high.
The needle valve at both ends of the liquid level gauge not only functions as a stop valve, but also as a check valve. In case of accidental damage and leakage of the liquid level gauge, the steel ball can automatically close the liquid channel under the action of medium pressure, so as to prevent a large amount of liquid outflow and play a role of safety protection. The level gauge can achieve the functions of anti-corrosion, heat preservation, frost prevention, lighting and so on by changing the material of parts or adding some auxiliary parts.
