Before using the magnetic flap liquid level gauge, the ball below the zero position of the liquid level gauge shall be set to red with the correction magnetic steel, and the ball at other parts shall be set to white.
When the user adds the heat tracing pipeline by himself, it is necessary to select non-magnetic materials, such as copper pipe, and the temperature of the heat tracing pipeline should be determined according to the specific medium. The installation position of the magnetic flap liquid level meter should also avoid or be far away from the medium inlet and outlet, otherwise the accuracy of the measurement data will be affected due to the rapid change of the medium in the local area. At the same time, it should be noted that there should be no solid impurities or magnetic substances in the medium, which will hinder the work of the floating ball.
Around the magnetic flap level gauge, it is also not allowed to have materials with magnetic conductivity close to it, and do not use wire to fix the level gauge, which will also affect the normal operation of the level gauge.
During the installation, the first thing to be noticed is to open the bottom of the liquid level gauge and install the floating ball. It is necessary to pay attention to the magnetic end upward rather than reverse.
After installation, the pilot valve on the liquid level gauge shall be opened first during commissioning, and then the valve below shall be opened slowly to let the medium enter the test pipe slowly and stably, and observe whether the red and white balls on the liquid level gauge turn over normally. If it is normal, close the pilot valve on the lower side, and then open the drain valve to let the liquid position in the main pipe drop gradually The magnetic flap level gauge can be put into normal operation after confirming that the level gauge works normally.
