1. clean the dust on the glass surface with absorbent cotton dipped in neutral water. It should be noted that the raw material layer should not be covered on the glass liquid surface in the bubbling area, otherwise it will not play a role of melting aid.
2. dry the water with the treated degreasing gauze. The control mode of sight glass designed by our company is SCR → dry (or oil immersed) isolation transformer → furnace electrode. Its control features are simple, low cost and flexible.
3. fold the treated degreasing gauze into 4-6 layers, drop appropriate amount of high-purity alcohol to wipe the glass surface, wipe from left to right (do not wipe back and forth), and replace the wiping surface of the gauze every time to ensure that a new clean gauze is used every time.
4. dry the traces with the treated degreasing gauze.
