1. Installation of sight glass
The welding flange must be clean and undamaged and operated by professional personnel.
2. Installation of sight glass lens
Make sure that the sight glass base is flat and smooth, the sealing gasket between the lens and the sight glass base is installed flat, the sealing gasket is not damaged and does not stick grease, before fastening the screws, make sure that the sight glass and the cover are installed correctly, and then slowly tighten the screws.
3. The sight glass must work within the allowable pressure range, otherwise it cannot guarantee safe operation
Temperature range: the maximum allowable temperature of soda lime glass is 150 ℃, and the sharp change range of temperature is 120 ℃ to 20 ℃.
The maximum allowable temperature of toughened borosilicate glass is 280 ℃, and the sharp change range of temperature is 230 ℃ to 20 ℃.
The maximum allowable temperature of quartz glass is 800 ℃, and the sharp change range of temperature is from 500 ℃ to 20 ℃.
