Glass mirrors have excellent thermal shock resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, extremely high transparency and good surface quality. In addition to continuing to serve traditional industries, they can also be used in industries with special requirements, such as toxic gases, highly corrosive fluids, sterile pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. This requires not only good quality of the mirror glass, but also attention during the use of the mirror glass.
1. The glass mirror is a damaged part, so it should be handled with care when installing the mirror;
2. Improve the material of mirror gasket. The tetrafluorocarbon plate with corrosion resistance, aging resistance and high temperature resistance shall be used. During installation, the sealing surface and gasket shall be visually inspected without radial groove, scratch and other defects. The sealing gasket shall be installed smoothly and accurately without deflection or center offset, and the contact shall be good to meet the use requirements.
3. The glass mirror shall be kept clean and free of dust, so as to clearly observe the flow of liquid, gas, steam and other media.
4. There are certain limitations in the temperature and pressure resistance of mirror glass. Strengthen the management of production process indicators to prevent overheating and overpressure.
5. The mirror glass with aging phenomenon shall be replaced in time.
