With the provision of industrial production technology, the pressure resistance requirements of glass mirrors are becoming higher and higher. The traditional glass mirrors can no longer meet the needs of this high-voltage environment.
The characteristics of high pressure resistant glass mainly include the following:
1. High transparency. There are no bubbles, stripes, stones and other defects in the glass, and the original transparency can still be maintained under high temperature and high pressure.
2. High pressure resistance. Its compressive strength and bending strength are 10-20 times that of ordinary glass. The maximum compressive strength is 30MPa, and the bending strength of glass can reach 220MPa.
3. High temperature resistance. It can be used in high temperature environment below 500 ℃ for a long time, and can withstand high temperature cold and heat shock above 350 ℃. The softening point temperature is above 920 ℃.
4. Stable chemical properties. It can be used in harsh working environment with chemical corrosion, such as chemical industry and petroleum.
