The performance of tempered glass is several times higher than that of ordinary glass

 

    Tempered glass belongs to safety glass. Toughened glass is actually a kind of prestressed glass. In order to improve the strength of glass, chemical or physical methods are usually used to form compressive stress on the glass surface. Safety of tempered glass when the glass is damaged by external force, it will be broken into small obtuse angle particles similar to honeycomb, which is not easy to cause harm to human body.

    Fourth, the impact strength of tempered glass with the same thickness is 3 ~ 5 times that of ordinary glass, and the bending strength is 3 ~ 5 times that of ordinary glass.
