1. Quartz glass products are valuable materials, which must be handled with great care;

2. All kinds of quartz glass have a maximum use temperature, which should not be exceeded during use, otherwise it will crystallize or soften and deform;


 

3. The quartz glass to be used at high temperature must be wiped clean before use. It can be soaked with 10% hydrofluoric acid or lotion, and then cleaned with high-purity water or alcohol. Wear fine thread gloves during operation, and do not touch quartz glass directly with hands;

4. Continuous use of quartz glass products is allowed under high temperature, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of quartz glass and improving the temperature resistance. On the contrary, the intermittent use of quartz glass products under high temperature is limited;

5. Although the quartz glass material has extremely high thermal stability, it can withstand severe temperature difference sudden change. However, in actual use, due to the difference in residual strain and product shape, there is a certain difference in thermal stability, which should be paid attention to when using;

6. Quartz glass is an acidic material. When used at high temperature, it is strictly avoided to contact with alkaline substances (such as water glass, asbestos, potassium sodium compounds, etc.), otherwise its crystallization resistance will be greatly reduced.
