1. Toughened glass partition with explosion-proof film
Some toughened glass does not have explosion-proof film, so it is necessary to stick the explosion-proof film by yourself, so as to prevent the debris flying in the case of glass self explosion. However, when selecting the explosion-proof film, try to select the explosion-proof film that has been certified and has the qualification of production safety film.
2. The corners of tempered glass partition wall shall be protected
The middle part of the toughened glass partition is relatively firm, and the four corners are relatively weak. Once cracks occur in this part, it is easy to break the whole glass. Many people will notice that the safety hammer on the sign on the bus window glass is located on the glass corner, which also makes use of the characteristics of tempered glass.
3. Be careful not to be scratched by sharp objects
Although the strength of tempered glass is very high, it also has weaknesses, for fear of being scratched and impacted by sharp things. Because the contact area of sharp objects is very small, the pressure of this contact point on the glass is relatively large, which causes the glass to undergo a great external force and produce a slight crack.
