Toughened glass mirror is a kind of deep processed glass, which has high mechanical strength, especially high bending strength and impact strength, and good thermal stability The bending strength is 3 times that of ordinary mirror glass, the deflection is 3~4 times larger than that of ordinary mirror glass, and the impact strength is 5 times higher than that of ordinary mirror glass.
The heat resistance of tempered glass is relatively good, 300mm × 300mm samples were placed at room temperature for 2h, and then 327 ℃ molten lead liquid was poured on the center of the surface. The toughened glass mirror will not crack. Heating the unified sample at 200 ℃ for 0.5h, taking it out and putting it into 20 ℃ water will not crack.
