The upper valve shall be opened first, and then the lower valve shall be opened slowly, so that the medium can enter the main pipe smoothly and slowly (if the medium impacts the float rapidly, it will cause the float to fluctuate sharply, which will affect the display accuracy), observe whether the magnetic red and white ball turning is normal, then close the valve of the lower pipe, open the drain valve, and let the main pipe inside If the liquid level drops, operate three times according to this method, and the operation is normal, the magnetic flap liquid level gauge can be put into operation.
Magnetic flap liquid level gauge can be used to observe the liquid level of various containers directly. It is suitable for liquid level indication in petroleum, chemical industry and other industrial fields. The liquid level gauge glass has simple structure, intuitive and clear observation, no blockage, no leakage, convenient installation and simple maintenance. The upper and lower flange of the glass plate liquid level gauge are connected with the container to form a connector. The actual height of the liquid level in the container can be directly observed through the glass plate. The upper and lower valves are equipped with safety steel balls. When the glass is accidentally damaged, the steel balls are automatically sealed under the pressure of the container to prevent the liquid in the container from overflowing and ensure the safety of the operators.
