Stainless steel mirror is a kind of product which is widely used in corrosive pipeline at present, and its installation and connection methods are various. So what are the connection ways?
At present, the stainless steel mirror connection on the market mainly includes flange connection, clamp connection, welding connection, threaded connection, etc.
1. Flange connection: this connection method is most used in the flange, mainly because the flange has convex, flat, concave, so the installation is very convenient. Is one of the current mainstream installation forms.
2. Clamp connection: it is a connection method that stainless steel mirror is directly installed between flanges and fixed by bolts.
3. Welding connection: there are two ways of welding connection, namely butt welding connection and socket welding connection. Check both ends of the mirror when welding the clamp, and fix it to the pipe by welding. The socket welding connection is to process both ends of the mirror, and then weld.
4. Thread connection: This is a relatively simple connection mode, which is basically used for small-diameter stainless steel mirror. This type of thread welding is mainly through the calibration of the mirror thread. There are two types of internal and external threads, usually external thread.
