According to the use of glass classification is a common method in daily life, usually can be divided into the following categories:
Architectural glass: including flat glass, polished glass, laminated glass, hollow glass, etc;
Daily glass: including bottle glass, utensil glass, medical glass, arts and crafts glass, etc.

Optical glass: including colorless optical glass, used for microscope, telescope, camera, television and various optical instruments; colored optical glass, used for various filters, signal lights, color camera and various instrument displays. It also includes glasses glass, discolored glass, etc.
Electric vacuum glass: including quartz glass, tungsten group glass, molybdenum group glass, platinum group glass, intermediate glass, welding glass, etc., mainly used in electronic industry, manufacturing glass shell, core column, exhaust pipe, or as glass sealing material.
