The sight glass of high temperature glass view mirror produced by our factory has the following four kinds of material:
1, 300 degrees high temperature resistant glass mirror is introduced; the product performance of temperature and pressure of superior performance, low price, is the ideal choice of temperature is not too high, it can work for a long time under the temperature of 300 DEG C and not burst. The product has good transmittance.
2, 550 degrees high temperature resistant sight glass is introduced: This product can be a long time in 450 degrees Celsius (dry) use and not burst, instant temperature up to 520 DEG C, the transmittance of <90%, bending strength: <1100kg/cm2, hydraulic resistance strength at room temperature and 25 DEG C, 25kg/cm2. The coefficient of linear expansion (20300 degrees C) is 3.3 x 106K1.
3, 850 degrees high temperature resistant sight glass is introduced: the thermal stability of the product (thermal shock): the temperature of T860 DEG C; safety durability: less than or equal to 1000 DEG C, water resistance and chemical properties: ISO0719/DIN12111:HGB1 ISO1776/DIN12116:min3; acid resistance; alkali resistance ISO0695/DIN52322:A2. Production specifications, color with light color transparent and dark brown grain lines.
4, 1200 degrees high temperature resistant sight glass introduction: the product temperature is very high, can be used for a long time and will not crack under the temperature of 1200 DEG C, a short time high using temperature can reach 1450 DEG C; thermal expansion coefficient is small, 5.5 x 107/ C, can withstand the temperature changes; good light, visible light transmittance in more than 93%; good electrical insulation properties. It is dozens of times of ordinary glass view mirror, excellent electrical insulation material, even in high temperature, it also has good electrical properties.
