In the process of chemical polishing, coloring, coating and etching, the glass surface should be cleaned first. This is because the cleanliness of the glass surface has a great influence on the quality of the subsequent glass treatment products. Therefore, it is important to understand and master the methods of glass cleaning. Next, the PCHAO company briefly introduces the treatment of glass cleaning.
1. For glass with less greasy and dirty matter, spray cleaning method can be used. First spray tap water, wash dust, then spray washing liquid, clean oil dirt, then spray hot water, wash the remaining washing liquid, and finally use deionized water to clean. Spraying and scrubbing can also be combined, first spraying tap water, flushing fly ash, then spraying washing liquid and scrubbing with a brush, then rinsing with water or hot water, and finally rinsing with deionized water.
2. For the glass with more oil pollution, first soak in organic solvent or degrease with organic solvent vapor, then spray cleaning, remove dust and other granules, and finally rinse with softening water or alcohol.
3. Glass with long storage time and greasy contamination should be soaked in acid to remove the weathering layer, washed with water to remove residual acid, then washed with alkaline solution or detergent, combined with scrubbing, wiping or ultrasonic vibration to remove oil contamination, then rinsed with water to remove residual alkaline solution, and finally used deionized water, softened water or alcohol. Rinse.
Special reminder: cleaning fluid is often incompatible with each other. Before changing from one cleaning fluid to another, the residual cleaning fluid and surface sediments must be washed with water. After pickling and alkaline washing, the acid must be washed with water before alkaline washing. At the same time, we should pay attention to the miscibility between cleaning solutions. For example, when washing with organic solvents after washing, we must consider whether the two can be miscible. Usually when water is replaced with organic solvents, a miscible cosolvent, such as alcohol, is added in the middle.
Cleaned glass should be processed as soon as possible to avoid re-contamination during storage. If it must be stored, it should be placed on shelves in closed containers, cleaning cabinets and drying boxes to prevent glass from adsorbing moisture, dust and oil.
