Notes for quartz glass product use
1. Quartz glass products are valuable materials. They must be handled lightly and carefully when used.
2. All kinds of quartz glass have a maximum operating temperature, which should not exceed when used, otherwise it will crystallize or soften.
3. Quartz glass for high temperature use must be wiped clean before use. It can be soaked in 10% hydrofluoric acid or lotion and then treated with high purity water or alcohol. Thread gloves should be worn during operation. No direct touch of quartz glass with hands is allowed.
4. Continuous use of quartz glass products is allowed at high temperatures, which is beneficial to prolong the life of quartz glass and improve its temperature resistance. On the contrary, the use of quartz glass products intermittently at high temperatures is limited.
5. Although quartz glass material has very high thermal stability, it can withstand drastic temperature change. However, in actual use, due to the difference of residual strain and product shape, there are some differences in thermal stability, which should be paid attention to when using.
