1. Quartz glass products are valuable materials. They must be handled lightly and carefully when used.
2. All kinds of quartz glass have a limit service temperature, which should not be exceeded in use, otherwise it will crystallize or soften.
3. Quartz glass for high temperature use must be wiped clean before use. It can be soaked in 10% hydrofluoric acid or lotion and then treated with high purity water or alcohol. Thread gloves should be worn during operation. No direct touch of quartz glass with hands is allowed.
4. Continuous use of quartz glass products is allowed at high temperatures, which is beneficial to prolong the life of quartz glass and improve its temperature resistance. On the contrary, the use of quartz glass products intermittently at high temperature is limited.
5. Although quartz glass material has very high thermal stability, it can withstand drastic temperature change. However, in actual use, due to the difference of residual strain and product shape, there are some differences in thermal stability, which should be paid attention to when using.
6. Quartz glass acidic materials should strictly avoid contact with alkaline substances (such as sodium silicate, asbestos, potassium and sodium compounds) when used at high temperature, otherwise their crystallization resistance will be greatly reduced.
