Pressure tube borosilicate sight glass is made by physical enhancement and tempering process, used for pressure piping (or container) observation hole sight glass. The maximum allowable working temperature of the product is no more than 280 degrees, and the working pressure is less than 5.0MPa.
Pressure pipe borosilicate sight glass
Performance introduction of borosilicate sight glass in pressure pipe:
1, visible light transmittance (2mm): 90%
2, heat shock resistance: it can withstand temperature difference between 230 degrees and 2 degrees, no cracks or damages.
3, the flexural strength is not less than 110MPa
4, the average thermal expansion coefficient (20 ~300 C) is 5.5 x 10-6/K.
5, safe working temperature: less than or equal to 280 DEG C (at 280 DEG C can be used continuously for 300 hours)
6, chemical stability: the water resistance meets the BGB1 requirement in GB/T6582; the acid resistance satisfies the Na2O precipitation in GB/T6581, which should exceed the requirement of 10 mu g/cm2; the alkali resistance meets the A2 requirement in GB/T6580.
