Explosion-proof glass is divided into the following types according to different application environments:
1. Explosion-proof glass windows for mining equipment, the implementation standard is: GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 1 General Parts", the main test performance is thermal shock and impact resistance (4-50J), usually using single-piece glass, thickness from 5--40㎜, according to the user's technical indicators, only different explosion-proof and impact-resistant explosion-proof glass. Generally used in explosion-proof electrical equipment with explosion-proof and impact-resistant requirements.
 
2. Explosion-proof glass. The implementation standard of explosion-proof glass is GA667-2020 "Explosion-proof Transparent Materials", which is a special glass that is made of two or more layers of high-quality float glass through SGP, TPU, PC board and other polymer films through high temperature, high pressure and high pressure to prevent non-contact and contact explosions.
Non-contact explosion-proof glass is divided into 7 levels, and the explosion shock wave is 110--1000Kpa. The non-contact explosion-proof glass produced by Lumixing has passed the inspection of the National Public Security Ministry Testing Center and successfully obtained the relevant qualification certification report.
Contact explosion-proof glass is divided into 50-100-150 grams of TNT veneer explosion.
 
3. High-temperature explosion-proof glass. High-temperature explosion-proof glass is a special glass used in metallurgy, steel, and mold forging industries. The general thickness is 4-5㎜, and it can withstand the cold and hot shock of 760-1450℃ molten iron without bursting. Many people do not understand the characteristics of high-temperature explosion-proof, and use tempered glass or tempered laminated glass to pretend to be high-temperature explosion-proof glass. Once the molten iron splashes, it will burst directly. The fundamental reason is that tempered glass is soda-lime or borosilicate glass material, which can only withstand a temperature difference of 150--280℃, so it will burst as soon as the molten iron splashes.
