Maintenance method of quartz glass tube:
1. The temperature resistance of quartz glass tube is related to its purity. The higher the purity, the higher the temperature resistance.
2. Keep the inside of the glass tube clean and sanitary, and there shall be no substances reacting with SiO2 left in the furnace tube. When burning the materials, in order to make the service life of the glass tube longer, do not put the materials on the furnace tube directly, and use the boat type crucible to hold them.
3. In general, it is not recommended to pass hydrogen to the customer. In addition to the limit explosion concentration of non hydrogen content, if the customer needs to pass hydrogen with the concentration of non hydrogen concentration, safety measures must be taken. When passing gas, do not stand at both ends of the furnace tube. If passing hydrogen, please use stainless steel tube, because the heat transfer coefficient of stainless steel is larger than that of quartz, so it is not rusty water cooling is required at both ends of the steel, otherwise the O-ring temperature transition is too high to be sealed.
4. The softening point of quartz tube is 1270 ℃, and it should not be more than 3 hours when it is used at 1200 ℃.
