Precautions for glass tube level gauge
1. During the transportation, handling and installation of the liquid level gauge, it is not allowed to impact or knock, so as to prevent the glass tube and glass sheet from breaking.
2. After the liquid level gauge is installed, when the medium temperature is very high, do not open the valve immediately, preheat for 20-30 minutes, and slowly open the valve after the glass tube has a certain temperature. Valve opening procedure: first slowly open the upper valve, then slowly open the lower valve, so that the measured medium slowly enters the glass tube.
3. During the use of the liquid level gauge, the dirt on the inner and outer walls of the glass tube shall be cleaned regularly to keep the liquid level display clear. Cleaning procedure: first, close the upper and lower valves connected with the vessel, open the drain valve, drain the residual liquid in the glass tube, use proper cleaning agent or use long brush to wipe, and remove the dirt on the inner wall of the tube.
4. If the quartz tube breaks or the scale is serious and needs to be replaced, the specific steps are as follows: remove the table body, unscrew the nuts and nuts at both ends, knock the quartz glass tube from one end to the other, take out the graphite ring, install the new quartz tube, then cover the graphite ring on the quartz tube, insert it into the table body equidistant, tighten the nuts and nuts at both ends, and put it into operation after confirming that there is no leakage. In order to ensure the automatic sealing effect, the medium pressure in the vessel shall be greater than 0.2MPa. When the upper and lower valves are opened, the number of rotation for the valve rod to exit shall not be less than 4, so that when the steel ball seals the valve, it will not touch the top of the valve rod.
