Classification of furnace specific glass:
1. 500 degree resistant observation window glass: This is the most commonly used glass on the kiln, the softening point of the product is 820 ± 10 ℃; the temperature resistance will not crack under 450 ℃ for a long time, reaching 500 ℃ in an instant, the maximum specification of the product is 750mm * 1200mm, and the thickness is 2mm-20mm
2. 300 degree resistant furnace window glass: Product Introduction: the maximum working temperature of the product is 300 ℃, long-term working temperature is 288 ℃, after tempering, it has the advantages of strong impact resistance;
3. 1200 degree resistance furnace sight glass: the maximum temperature resistance of the product can reach 1500 ℃, the long-term working temperature is 1200 ℃, with low expansion coefficient and high transparency. The product can produce a thickness of 1.5-50mm, which is the most commonly used glass for furnace sight glass.
