Steel mills should observe the state of molten steel through peephole during smelting, which requires installation of peephole glass with high temperature resistance.
The peephole glass, peephole glass and peepscope used in Panchao Steel Works have superior performance, high temperature resistance and high transparency. They can be used at 300-1500 C.
According to the different places of use, the peepers used in steel mills are also different, mainly:
1.300 degree peephole glass. This kind of glass can withstand high temperature of 300 degrees. It is the preferred component for glass sheet used in low temperature environment. It is cheap and far away from molten steel.
2. Endurance 1200 degree peepscope. The instantaneous temperature resistance of this kind of product reaches 1500 C, which is the most commonly used glass sheet in steel plant. The steel droplets splashed on it will not burst, and the safety is high. Specifications can be produced according to customer requirements.
3. 500-degree viewport glass. For places where the temperature is not very high and the mechanical strength requirement is relatively large, this glass can be selected. After special treatment, the pressure resistance can reach 4.0 Mpa.
